"Patch and forget…"

RockNet 300's simple handling was convincing at the "Your Voice Against Poverty" live act.

Rostock, Germany, June 7, 2007 --- 80,000 people in Rostock and many millions on TV and Internet followed the "Your Voice Against Poverty" Open Air at the beginning of June. The equipment for the much-respected mega event was transported to the Baltic Sea by Sirius Showequipment AG from Niederdorfelden. In their luggage: the digital audio network "RockNet 300". Sound man Klaus "Bob" Bolaender was totally enthralled by the capabilities of the digital rack: "The redundant network and power supplies in the units were of great help to the back-up ideas for the technology in this event. I actually only touched the system twice - during assembly and during dismantling."  Totally true to the motto "Patch and Forget", RockNet 300 was of great service in Rostock. All signals from the front of the house ran to the PA and stage via the Media Numerics RockNet system. Bolaender was also amazed at the "simple handling and lightning fast configurability even without a computer."  A few weeks beforehand, Bob and his team had subjected the RockNet 300 to an in-depth inspection back at the company. "The full system sounded outstanding", he said, summarising his first impressions. "It was also confirmed now in the open air under live conditions."
